Previous winners

So, Toulon end the season as Europe's top-ranked side after winning two of the biggest trophies in the club game.

In second place are Leinster who overcame an entertaining Glasgow side to win the RaboDirect Pro 12 final. The Scots end the season in a very creditable 5th place.

Northampton leapfrog Saracens into 3rd after winning a nailbiting Aviva Premiership final against the regular league winners.

That's it for another season ... thanks for your support!
